The Rally Collective was created with one simple mission: to bring women together through the incredible game of padel. Sport should be welcoming, inclusive and social, and every woman deserves to enjoy it without feeling intimidated.

The Rally Collective is amazing! I only started playing padel this year and before joining I was only doing one coaching session a week so I didn’t get many opportunities to play. Since joining I’ve been able to play so much more and have found something I genuinely love. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Jodie does such a fantastic job keeping everyone up to date and organising all the sessions and events. Meet the founder

Jodie Packham

I discovered padel and completely fell in love with the sport, not just because of the game itself, but because of the friendships, confidence and sense of belonging it creates.
As a woman coming into the sport, I recognised it could feel intimidating, especially for beginners or those who did not already have people to play with. I wanted to change that. Watching women arrive on their own and leave with new friends, growing confidence and a genuine love for padel is what inspires me every day.
My vision is simple but ambitious: to make The Rally Collective the UK's leading women's padel community, helping thousands of women discover a sport they will love and a community they will never want to leave.
